Executive Coaching, Sparring, Leadershipcoaching, Teambuilding, Profiling

Born and raised in Hamburg, I began my career in the commercial operations of a branch specialising in technical building components. After qualifying as a certified trainer for wholesale and foreign trade professionals, I took on leadership responsibilities at an early stage, managing sales teams and supporting the development of future talent. Alongside traditional sales responsibilities, my work focused on marketing, communications, customer development, and building long-term business relationships across both B2B and B2C markets.

Later in my career, I worked independently in a variety of marketing and sales roles and collaborated with several agencies. This period was shaped by a wide range of projects across diverse industries. After relocating to the neighbouring Hanseatic city of Bremen, I co-founded a boutique agency specialising in business photography and corporate films, helping organisations strengthen their visual communication while providing an opportunity to express my creative side.

The combination of hands-on leadership experience, entrepreneurial work, and insights gained across different companies, industries, roles, and responsibilities forms the foundation of my work today. As an ICF-certified Systemic Business Coach, I advise and support organisations, teams, and executives in achieving sustainable development and meaningful change.

My professional expertise is built on comprehensive coaching and diagnostic training, complemented by continuous professional development. As a trainer, I have many years of experience working with both public institutions at state and national level and organisations in the private sector. My work focuses on leadership development, organisational transformation, and supporting people through periods of change.

Developing strong leaders, strengthening personal effectiveness, and fostering a conscious understanding of team and organisational dynamics are at the heart of my work. Effective communication, constructive conflict resolution, and self-reflection are key elements of my approach. I combine practical, solution-oriented methods with measurable results, enabling leaders to recognise and realise their full personal and professional potential. My goal is to help people become clearer, more effective, more reflective, and more impactful in their leadership—enhancing both performance and quality of life while creating the conditions for fulfilling, sustainable success.

What Brings Me Joy Beyond My Profession?

People inspire me. I enjoy working closely with others and believe that, in an increasingly digital world, creating opportunities for meaningful face-to-face interaction has become more important than ever. Empathy and communication are fundamental to everything I do. I feel fortunate to share these values with my husband, our family, and our friends—often around good food and engaging conversations. Beyond that, I am someone who truly enjoys life. I love dancing, singing, and laughing. Sport and movement are an important part of my life, whether through hockey, padel, or simply staying active. As someone deeply connected to northern Germany, I feel most at home by the sea—whether on, in, or beneath the water. The mountains inspire me as well: in summer for hiking and in winter for skiing. Travelling satisfies my curiosity, broadens my perspective, and continually fuels my desire to learn.

Words are windows, or they´re walls."
